the game changes as the years go by in secondary school the rules were simple and to win was oh sooo easy in jc the rules still apply but to win is harder than you think it MIGHT seem easy at first but you can be mislead (most of the time) it depends on the opponent, whether standards differ an easy target or a hard one, it all depends its just how far you want to go in this game if there's no reciprocity then just stay in the position don't go forward but wait for the attack
you might be thinking "huh?!" but it actually makes lost of sense IF you know what the game is.
im starting to be so random. just a thought that crossed my mind.

the national day holiday was a BLAST =D hahaha i went out 2 days in a row with various people haha. (sorry but it IS a BIG deal because i haven't really gone out since...MARCH?)
there was an amazing Thanksgiving concert put up by the teachers of SRJC on the 8th in the evening haha, it blew me away, like literally. So many hidden talents amongst such a group of teachers haha.
throughout the night till the morning (8th to 9th) i was at suntec participating in the 24 hour street netball competition haha. it was soo fun to see my old teammates (from MI, and OSS as well as the TSS girls) and i was just so thrilled to be playing netball again =D we played till morning (around 10ish i think) and then we took pictures and went our separate ways.
i slept throughout the whole afternoon. no questions asked hehe.
woke up at night to watch the fireworks at Walton. amazing haha =)
on the 10th, i went with del to accompany adrian to the dentist that he has so dreaded to see haha well at least now he's got his teeth fixed and can removed his braces in 2-3 weeks haha. then (by adrian's request) haha we went to watch Rush Hour 3 at the cathay. we had Ben & Jerry's the Belgian Waffle thingy haha it was GOOD. mmm then we walked around. oh YES went to the new GRAMOPHONE at cathay (its gonna be my new hang out...for sure) i bought a sheryl crow cd haha, so typical of me when i step into a cd store. Rush Hour 3 was funny but it was okay for me haha yeah. we ended the day at around 3 plus. early right? because we met up at like 10am.
and so it ended like that. i went home...did a little project work. and i was BORED TO DEATH. so i was looking down my phone contact list and i decided to ask AL if she was free to walk around vivo. and so happened that she was coming out of kallang haha. =) so we walked around vivo and went to all these shops at vivo till 8:30pm haha al's just so fun to be with haha but she got irritated cuz i took so long to find a pair of jeans that i wanted and when i finally found it i couldnt get it because my mum wouldn't let me, super nice on sale river island jeans that fell right and were a nice colour but i still want a faded light pair, not bell bottoms but straight. sign haha.....okay we shall move on from here.
the next day i went out with Zhihan! haha long awaited. its ncie to go out with a best friend who's lasted through pri sch and sec sch and now haha. never had so much fun in a long time haha. went to the cathay (again), had Ben & Jerry's (again), went to gramophone and bought (again) the Alter Bridge album and watched a movie (again) haha but this time it was The Simpsons haha funny stuff. oh yes! we watched a few matches of muay thai at plaza sing, gosh it was so amazing, skilled fighters. there was a ring set up and everything, the professional matches were the best. then we walked along the streets of orchard haha and i had ice cream again hahaha. we did a little shopping haha guiltless shopping haha now i know who to call =D. we then headed to vivo to walk around and then to the deck and we sat down for a while and he gave me this mind boggling iq question but eventually it was solved. took pictures! haha
after everything we parted and i headed to space 79 for Youth Alpha, met up with the rest earlier to pray for alpha. i was half dozing off during the video because i was tired. well but discussion group was nice haha esp when we split further into smaller groups cuz we discussed deeper issues of how if we didn't grow up as Christians would be believe? and the Alpha topic this week was about why Jesus died and his love for us. its amazing how great that love is. like really.
oh yeah i went through the 40 days of prayer! haha yay fasted for 3 days a week till national day. i realised i have changed during this short period of time in various ways. apart from having a deeper relationship with God, i've become more disciplined and i've realised that i need God in my life and its just so amazing how much he loves us. but for me right now, i just want my friends to know this love He has for all of us. He is the Lord of all! and i can truely say that i am happy.
and that's why this national day holiday's been a blast. =D a blast.

school's been okay, life's been alright. this stupid breathing thing is coming up again. i'm practically gasping for air every second. had a bio lecture test today haha, that was good. it was okay but i don't think i'll get a high pass. tomorrow training!!! (yayness) and then a game with the guys although i doubt i'll be able to play because i'll have to be down for the retreat at 79!!! haha. its gonna be an exciting weekend.
nothing much really to talk about. i've just had lots running through me lately about people. people people people.
